The Post Club is one of the only dating services in Boston to offer members more than just matchmaking. Both members and non-members can learn valuable dating and relationship skills through The Post Club's Relationship Coaching services. The Post Club is one of the oldest, largest and most respected dating services in Boston, because it continues to provide new benefits and programs to its members.

Relationship Coaching Program
The Relationship Coaching Program is run by Cheryl Goodman, a trained Relationship Coach who is also the Co-Owner and Founder of The Post Club. Goodman has worked in a number of different advisory capacities, counseling and coaching all types of individuals, from troubled adolescents to CEO's of small companies. She is currently the Vice President and Treasurer of The Post Club, where she works with singles from all over the greater Boston and surrounding Massachusetts areas. With 19 years of experience owning The Post Club she uses her matchmaking and relationship coaching skills to help singles in their search for dating, relationships and marriage as well as helps them create long-lasting and fulfilling commitments to their partner.

Matchmaking and Coaching Capabilities
Goodman's educational background includes a BA in Psychology, graduate work in Counseling and a certificate of successful completion of The Coaches Training Institute of California. She works with Post Club members from the Boston area who want to complement their matchmaking membership with sound dating advice, as well as non-Post Club members who want to set relationship goals and objectives to break out of dating habits and behaviors that no longer work or are sabotaging their existing relationships. Goodman helps singles of all ages understand what is holding them back and devise new ways to meet other compatible Boston singles. She helps them see themselves as others see them, visualize how they want to be seen and set up a realistic plan to achieve the desired results.

Dating and Relationship Advice
Goodman has spent 19 years researching the singles life, conducting dating workshops in the Boston area and studying the dating services in Boston to find ways to improve The Post Club for its members. She estimates that she has worked with 10,000 Boston singles since The Post Club was founded in 1988. This valuable experience has given her extensive knowledge of the issues singles face, and solutions to common problems such as:

• What to say on the phone
• What to wear and do on a first date
• What to say on a first date and what not to say
• When to introduce family, friends, and children to a potential significant other
• How to recognize red flags
• How to juggle dating more than one person
